But nevertheless, the question is how effective are most of this traffic generating portals that use the autosurf concept?
Well most of them are just a waste of time. This is because most people just use the automated surfing concept and hardly read or pay a visit to a specific blog through that method. Well I discovered that the one method that works for my blog. The pinging method.

Well I have tried and I am still using the method. I realised that when I ping services on my regular blog updates, there is high potential of getting traffics. I doubled my traffic yesterday, and I am impressed by the results.
What is pinging in relation to blogs?
Pinging is when you send a “ping” to let the directories, which keep lists of blogs, and when those blogs are updated, to know that you have added content to your blog.
These are allegedly closely watched by the search engine spiders, so they can spider any new content and add it to the search engine which controls them.
Who does it better and systematically?
A service known as pingoat just does it better.

pingoat,
Pingoat is a service that pings or notifies a number of services that keep track of weblogs and publish them. By pinging, you let the services know that your blog has been updated and hence, they crawl and index your site, publishing your blog contents, thus increasing your blog’s popularity.
